Built by a psychiatrist who knows the feedback gap
Fellowship Ready was built by a practising Australian psychiatrist on the Gold Coast — someone who has been through the college training pathway and watched capable registrars struggle with the written exam for a reason that has nothing to do with knowledge: almost nobody gets meaningful feedback on their written answers.
The problem this site exists to solve
Most RANZCP preparation is passive — videos to watch, notes to read, question banks that tell you the right letter. But the MEQ is a writing exam marked against rubrics, and the skill it tests — saying the relevant thing, in structure, under time — only improves when someone marks what you actually wrote and shows you the points you missed. Study groups help, consultant time is scarce, and the big courses cost thousands.
Fellowship Ready closes that loop: you sit original timed cases, your written answer is marked point-by-point against a rubric the way an examiner works, and everything you miss comes back on a spaced schedule until it sticks. The MCQ track and the CAP statistics course apply the same philosophy — practice with feedback beats passive review.
What we care about
- Original content. Every case and question is written for this platform. Nothing is reproduced from any examination.
- Honest tools, honest prices. Monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime, a genuinely free trial, and no lock-in — because trainees are already paying enough.
- Clinical standards. Content reflects current Australian and New Zealand practice, and the marking rewards the same things real rubrics reward: structure, safety, specificity.
- Independence. Fellowship Ready is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the RANZCP.
Questions, feedback, ideas
The platform improves fastest when trainees tell us what would help. If something is missing, confusing, or worth building — get in touch. Real messages get real replies.
